Maluku Cloves 25 g

Our Maluku Cloves have a strong fragrance; special character of cloves is spicy and pungent taste. We are known for our spice, which is mainly used in the kitchen. We use them in preserving and adding to fruit compotes.

In winter we may enjoy cool evenings with mulled wine. We are adding them to the punch, in the Christmas cakes, or the scented apartment when injected cloves into oranges. Citrus scent mixed with cloves proves to be a wonderful air freshener. Cloves are also used in numerous bitters.
